Hey, my name is Marz,

a multidisciplinary artist from the Southeastern United States and the creator behind The Marz Edit. During the COVID-19 pandemic, after taking an elective course at MTSU, I pivoted from PT and began pursuing my photography business. I've always had a keen eye for detail and the ability to create imaginative worlds and concepts.

My studies in Cinematic Arts, Media, and Positive Psychology at MIU further refined this passion, leading me to visual storytelling. After that, I merged my creative passions and life experiences to create visionary cinematic narratives that invite viewers to connect their personal experiences to broader cultural significance.

As a Creative Black Woman, I feel a responsibility to create resonant and impactful media that celebrates the soul, the beauty of melanin, and the power of human connection. In each project, I strive to bring my inner world to fruition through my multidisciplinary skills and wisdom, while also inspiring others to do the same.
